It’s huge, 40 million people, so it’s difficult to generalize about California, pro or con. As for open records, I hope you’re wrong but it’s certainly possible that we’ll be last. I hope we activists can move it in the right direction.

It’s a weird day when South Dakota passes a clean bill and Kristi Noem signs it. I’ve long seen California as overrated. It will be the last to go.
