Did you send it direct to the state/city or to VeriCheck?

My understanding is that your application is in the state system. It goes in automatically when going through Veri Check. So it’s not been canceled and you will get your OBC when that system is back up. COCID messed up everything. I know it is upsetting, but I don’t know what else’s to say right now. If we have any update on status in the state or city, we will post it immediately.

I never received it. I have been in contact with them and the board of health in NY, both said to be patient. 2 weeks ago I emailed Vital Check again where I placed my order and paid, the response via email a few days ago was that my info and authorization forms have expired and they refunded me a fraction of what I paid. Where do i go from here. This is so unfair. I know that once Covid hit, they have closed but were also very busy with death certificates with limited staff. Where do i go from here. I am 71 years old, will I ever get to see my OBC and health records?
