I’m 72 born in MO and just got an even more censored copy of my bc. Missouri as you know won’t give adoptees zip info. My “new” certificate only contains my adopted name, date of birth, and the names of my adopted parents. That’s it. My old copy, which I lost, contained the doctor’s name, time of birth, AND NAME OF FAIRMOUNT MATERNITY HOSPITAL which I have found helpful.

I was most interested in your comments about 10 states requiring ORIGINAL bc’s to run for office and possible implications to applying for gov jobs since we cannot get our original certificates.
