She was told at the time she signed the papers that her child would be able to get the OBC and all accompanying information when reaching age 19. If she signed the reliquishment papers under that contracted condition, then wouldn’t the child be able to get the OBC at any time after age 18?

Or would this be a law suit? A Class action of all women that signed prior to this new law?
