Adult adoptee access to original full name:  Only after reunion, or if natural parents cannot be located in an active search within one year.

Adult adoptee access to OBC in full:  Conditional – subject to vetos for adoptions finalized prior to April 30, 2003. Section 54 Available for adoptions completed April 30, 2003 or later. Section 56

Disclosure Vetoes:  For only adoptions that took place prior to April 30, 2003, can be placed by: a parent named on the original birth registration an adult adoptee Section 56

Contact Preferences or Contact Vetoes: Contact vetos (punishment is not specified) can be placed by: a natural parent named on the original birth registration an adult adoptee Section 57

Passive registry: Not available
