Age of access: 19 years
Adult Access to originals full name: Conditional – subject to reunion, or if natural parents cannot be located in an active search within one year
Adult Adoptee access to their OBC in full: Conditional – subject to reunion, or if natural parents cannot be located in an active search within one year
Adult adoptee access to other identifying information about their natural parents: Conditional – subject to reunion, or if natural parents cannot be located in an active search within one year
Disclosure Vetoes: Implied for a period of one year, in which an active search is started, after which, if the person cannot be located, the records will be released,
Contact Preferences or Contact Vetoes: N/A
Passive registry: Available
Active registry: Available to a natural parent of an adult adoptee. If the person cannot be located within one year, the information will be released to the other.
