Just when you think Idaho can’t get any worse…only adoptees 40 years of age and older are mature and experienced enough to maybe obtain their own OBCs. (Video courtesy of Adoptee Rights Law Center)

On March 29, 2022, Idaho’s governor signed S1320, a ridiculous bill that does nothing to serve the state’s already living adoptees and won’t even be “useful ” to anyone until 2039.  They all its cutting edge.”  Here is what it does:
