How can someone get legal help if they were part of “Operation Baby Lift” have lived in the US since they were 7 months old but are not considered US citizens?
Thanks for writing. BN has a “Citizenship” page with a lot of information on this horrible situation. There are several organizations of international adoptees working on this, and there are links to them on this page. http://bastards.org/adoptee-citizenship-and-deportations/
I also suggest you contact Greg Luce at the Adoptee Rights Law Center. He is working with several adoptees stuck in this. A link to him is on the Citizenship page.
