We’ve been assured by top officials in New York that there is zero confusion between S3419, our adoptee rights bill, and another bill related to termination of parental rights. Yes it has been passed to Cuomo, not sure that he will sign. Doesnt this open up a can of worms about the black market babies of New York? Cuomo you better do right by your citizens, this is an abomination, and for normal humans to not be able to sleep at night due to the fact that sealed records causes more people to die due to the lack of medical information. People who know they have diseases such as Huntingtons have to make a choice of not having children due to the 50% mortality rate. WHAT IF YOU DO NOT KNOW!!!!
