Just WEEKS ago, I was found by 4 half sibs–that I did not know existed, and vice-versa, which was made possible due to recently opened OBC records in New York. (and tHen DNA testing.) Without open NY, I would still not know who my BM was, or meet my 4 wonderful adult sibs! Open records is LIFE CHANGING!
