by Marley Greiner

From Capitol Coalition for Adoptee Rights:

Maryland’s HB1039 has passed the House, 130-8, with adoptee delegates stepping up to support the bill’s passage! On to the Senate. Keep up with efforts, join us, and follow the CCAR member working hardest on this: Maryland Adoptee Rights.

And  from Bastard Nation:

Please keep urging the Maryland Senate Judicial Policy Committee to vote Do Pass on companion HB743. ASAP. to send on for a full vote.  We are only a couple more steps away from restoring adoptee rights to OBCs in Maryland.
